Pebble

Pebble is a Distractor Survivalist with exceptional movement speed, making him one of the best Toons for kiting Twisteds. His 5-star movement speed allows him to outrun most Twisteds without needing to sprint, conserving stamina for emergency situations. This makes him an excellent choice for players who prefer a more active, movement-based playstyle.

His active ability, Speak!, is a double-edged sword. While it drastically reduces his stealth and attracts nearby Twisteds, it can be used strategically to draw attention away from teammates who are extracting or in danger. This makes Pebble an excellent team player who can sacrifice his own safety to protect others.

Pebble's passive ability, Fetch!, highlights nearby items, making him excellent for resource gathering. This is particularly useful in the early game when supplies are scarce, or during Blackouts when visibility is limited. Combined with his high movement speed, Pebble can quickly scout areas for valuable items and bring them back to teammates.

Despite his strengths, Pebble has some notable weaknesses. His extraction speed is very low, making him inefficient at completing machines. Additionally, while his stealth is decent, his active ability can make him extremely vulnerable if used at the wrong time. Players should be cautious when using Speak! and ensure they have an escape route planned.

For optimal play, pair Pebble with Toons who excel at extraction, such as Brightney or Astro. Pebble can distract Twisteds while these Toons complete objectives. Trinkets that enhance movement speed, such as Dog Plush or Speedy Shoes, can make Pebble nearly uncatchable, while items like Megaphone can complement his distraction capabilities.
