All Dandy's World Items

Items are collectible objects scattered throughout Dandy's World that provide temporary stat boosts, restore health or stamina, or serve as currency for in-game purchases. Players can carry items in their inventory slots, and most consumables disappear after their effects wear off or charges run out. You can find items on Floors during runs, buy them from the pre-run shop before entering a Floor, or purchase them from Dandy's Elevator Shop using Tapes. Each time you use an item, you also earn Tapes as a bonus, with rarer items granting more.

Guaranteed Items (2)

Research Capsules Awards 1% Research progress toward a specific Twisted (2% if playing as Rodger). Each Floor spawns two capsules per Twisted present, and collecting one also grants 2 Ichor. -
Tapes Grants 5 Tapes to your counter, usable for buying items from Dandy's Elevator Shop before even-numbered Floors. Certain Toons also use Tapes for their abilities — Sprout and Ginger can heal allies, Teagan can self-heal, and Blot can deploy decoys. -
