Dandy's World Twisteds
Complete Dandy's World Twisted guides covering rarity, speeds, mechanics, detection ranges, research rewards, and counterplay.
Twisted Astro
Twisted Astro is a large, roaming Main Twisted introduced on June 14, 2024. Unlike Twisteds that follow fixed patrol routes, he drifts through floors aimlessly, making his position difficult to predict. He is the Twisted counterpart of Astro, and his design deliberately inverts his Toon form's supportive role. Where the playable Astro restores Stamina for nearby teammates, Twisted Astro punishes the entire team by targeting Machine progress and draining the endurance of anyone he pursues.
Target: twisted astro dandy's world
Twisted Bassie
Twisted Bassie features a unique dual-trap mechanic that makes her one of the most territory-controlling Twisteds in the game. She passively places six flower traps at specific points across the map. Walking into or near these flowers inflicts the Slow III and Tired II Debuffs, reducing Walk Speed by 50% and Stamina regeneration by 50%. These flowers effectively transform portions of each Floor into hazardous zones that punish careless movement, and they persist for the duration of the encounter.
Target: twisted bassie dandy's world
Twisted Blot
Twisted Blot is a stationary Twisted who never roams the map, functioning similarly to Twisted Razzle & Dazzle and Twisted Rodger. Rather than chasing players directly, he plunges his enlarged hands into the ground and summons giant Ichor arms at various points across the Floor. He controls these arms whenever his eye is open, and they lash out at any Toon that ventures too close to their position.
Target: twisted blot dandy's world
Twisted Bobette
Twisted Bobette possesses a unique and disruptive ability centered entirely around item collection. Whenever any player picks up an Item anywhere on the Floor within her expansive 180-unit hearing radius, she immediately abandons her patrol and bolts at her full chase speed of 25 toward the exact location where the Item was collected. This response is triggered by all collectible items on the map, including Tapes and Ornaments, with the sole exception of Research Capsules, which she ignores entirely.
Target: twisted bobette dandy's world
Twisted Boxten
Twisted Boxten is a roaming Common Twisted with no special mechanic or ability, making him one of the most straightforward threats in Dandy's World. He patrols Floors without any particular gimmick, relying solely on his detection range and chase speed to catch Toons. His Research data confirms that he possesses no unique powers, placing him in the same baseline category as Twisted Cosmo and Twisted Poppy.
Target: twisted boxten dandy's world
Twisted Brightney
Twisted Brightney is an Uncommon Twisted tied to the playable Toon Brightney. She was introduced on June 14, 2024, and can be encountered through the Daily Twisted Board or by progressing to higher Floors where multiple Twisted slots are available. Her associated Trinket is the Spare Bulb, an Uncommon-rarity pickup that players can obtain through Twisted Research. Unlike many Twisteds that threaten players through direct aggression or debilitating mechanics, Twisted Brightney's danger is entirely environmental: she manipulates the probability of Blackouts on whatever Floor she inhabits.
Target: twisted brightney dandy's world
Twisted Brusha
Twisted Brusha is classified as a Common Twisted and shares the basic behavioral framework of other enemies in that tier. She patrols the map at a walk speed of 10 and accelerates to a chase speed of 18 when she locks onto a target. She does not possess any unique mechanic beyond her standard patrol-and-chase cycle, which means players who are familiar with handling other Common Twisteds will find her moveset predictable at its core.
Target: twisted brusha dandy's world
Twisted Coal
Twisted Coal's defining characteristic is the drastic speed increase she receives during Blackouts. Under normal lighting her chase speed sits at just 16, making her one of the slower Twisteds on a standard Floor. Players who encounter her in well-lit conditions generally have little to worry about, as most Toons with reasonable Movement Speed can outpace her without much difficulty.
Target: twisted coal dandy's world
Twisted Cocoa
Twisted Cocoa is a Rare Holiday Twisted introduced during the 2026 Easter Event alongside Twisted Bassie, Twisted Eggson, and Twisted Flyte. She is the Twisted counterpart of Cocoa and was originally the only Rare Twisted without a unique ability, a distinction that changed when her obstacle-hopping mechanic was added during that same event.
Target: twisted cocoa dandy's world
Twisted Connie
Twisted Connie operates in two distinct states. When she first appears on a Floor, she takes on a translucent blue appearance and drifts around aimlessly. During this passive state, she does not attack Toons, and you can safely gather Tapes, Research, and Event Currencies by approaching her without risk, similar to Twisted Glisten. She wanders the Floor and periodically possesses a nearby Machine for a short duration, producing a blue smoke cloud during the transition just like her Toon counterpart's Ability.
Target: twisted connie dandy's world
Twisted Cosmo
Twisted Cosmo is one of the most common Twisteds players will encounter across floors in Dandy's World. According to his Twisted Research entry, being overcome by Ichor and separated from his best friend Sprout has driven this once-cheerful pastry Toon to chase down anyone he encounters. Despite his unsettling appearance, the Research notes that this Twisted lacks any noteworthy abilities.
Target: twisted cosmo dandy's world
Twisted Dandy
Twisted Dandy is an enormous and highly dangerous roaming Twisted that patrols the hallways without purpose. True to the mysterious nature of his Toon counterpart, he has a unique spawning requirement: players must refrain from purchasing any Item from Dandy's Store for at least three consecutive Floors where Dandy appears. Each time all surviving Toons skip his shop, Dandy grows progressively more agitated. After the third consecutive skip, Dandy becomes angry and Twisted Dandy gains a 20% chance to spawn. Because Dandy's Shop only appears on even-numbered Floors, the absolute earliest he can become available is Floor 6.
Target: twisted dandy dandy's world
Twisted Dyle
Twisted Dyle is a unique Twisted that appears exclusively on his dedicated Floor when the TIME'S UP Card is selected. He can only spawn once per run, making him the first and only Twisted with this restriction. Without player interaction, he moves very slowly at a base walk speed of 9, patrolling like any standard Twisted. His Floor contains 25 Machines and only Common Twisteds can spawn alongside him, meaning more dangerous Twisted variants will never appear on his Floor.
Target: twisted dyle dandy's world
Twisted Eclipse
Twisted Eclipse is a Rare Halloween Twisted who moves at a walk speed of 10 and accelerates to a chase speed of 19, making her faster than most common Twisteds. Her defining mechanic is her howl, which she emits every time she initially aggros on a Toon or switches aggro to a new target. This howl functions identically to a failed Skill Check on a Machine, alerting all non-occupied Twisteds on the Floor and drawing them toward the location where the player was originally spotted.
Target: twisted eclipse dandy's world
Twisted Eggson
Twisted Eggson is a Common roaming Twisted introduced during the Easter Event on April 18, 2025, alongside Twisted Bassie, Twisted Cocoa, and Twisted Flyte. As a limited Holiday Twisted, he is only available during the Easter Event period. He is the corrupted form of Eggson and drops the Egg Radar trinket upon defeat.
Target: twisted eggson dandy's world
Twisted Finn
Twisted Finn is an Uncommon Twisted released alongside Twisted Cosmo, Twisted Glisten, and Twisted Sprout on August 14, 2024. He is the corrupted version of Finn, the cheerful glass-bodied fishbowl Toon, and his transformation has left him without his lower half entirely. Despite this severe disfigurement, he continues to drag himself across floors in pursuit of players, leaving distinctive Ichor Puddles and trails behind him wherever he goes. In the Alpha 0.22.1 Finn's Week update, Twisted Finn was reworked so Twisted Barnaby now swims inside those Ichor Puddles, tying his enemy behavior more directly to Finn, Barnaby, and the Swimmy Barnaby arcade content.
Target: twisted finn dandy's world
Twisted Flutter
Twisted Flutter is a fast Rare Twisted who relentlessly hunts down Toons in a manner similar to Twisted Toodles. Although she is slower than Twisted Toodles in raw speed, she compensates with a notably higher detection range that allows her to spot Toons from a greater distance. Her elevated circular and direct vision ranges also give her superior peripheral awareness, letting her notice players approaching from the sides or even behind her more easily than Twisteds with standard detection values.
Target: twisted flutter dandy's world
Twisted Flyte
Twisted Flyte is an Uncommon Twisted introduced during the Easter Event alongside Twisted Bassie, Twisted Cocoa, and Twisted Eggson. As a Holiday Twisted, he is only available during the Easter Event and cannot be encountered outside of it. His defining behavior is constant, uninterrupted roaming across the map, functioning identically to Twisted Flutter in patrol style.
Target: twisted flyte dandy's world
Twisted Gigi
Twisted Gigi is a specially ranged Twisted in the same category as Twisted Goob and Twisted Scraps. When she spots a Toon, she can launch a long-range attack using the Ichor claw protruding from her shattered head. However, unlike her ranged counterparts, she only activates this ability when the targeted Toon is carrying Items in their inventory, snatching them in order from the first slot to the last.
Target: twisted gigi dandy's world
Twisted Ginger
Twisted Ginger's defining characteristic is her dramatically heightened attention span, which stands as the longest of any Twisted currently in the game. Once she locks onto a target, she will continue her pursuit for a full 10 seconds before losing interest — far longer than most other Twisteds. This persistence makes her uniquely dangerous in drawn-out encounters despite her otherwise modest stats. Her walk speed of 7.5 and chase speed of 14 are among the lowest in the entire Twisted roster, but the extended tracking duration compensates by pressuring players who cannot quickly break line of sight.
Target: twisted ginger dandy's world
Twisted Glisten
Twisted Glisten is a unique Twisted who roams passively at the start of each Floor, unable to attack Toons. A meter floats above his head that determines when he transitions from passive to enraged. This meter begins empty when he first spawns and continuously fills over time. The rate at which it fills scales with the number of living Toons present on the Floor, meaning larger teams must manage him more urgently. In a solo run, the meter takes exactly 70 seconds to fill completely if no one accompanies him. The only way to reduce the meter is for a Toon to remain within his detection range where he can see them; as long as he can see any living Toon nearby, his meter will slowly deplete back toward empty.
Target: twisted glisten dandy's world
Twisted Goob
Twisted Goob is a roaming Twisted that wanders the hallways aimlessly, following no set patrol route. Like every other Twisted in the game, he will begin chasing any Toon that enters his line of sight. However, what sets him apart — and what makes him one of the most dangerous Rare Twisteds — is a grab mechanic that closely parallels Twisted Scraps. Upon spotting a Toon, Twisted Goob can stretch out his arms across a significant distance to seize the target and forcibly pull them directly to his position. This forced relocation typically places the grabbed Toon within immediate melee range, allowing Twisted Goob to follow up with a standard melee attack almost instantly. His grab ability requires maintained line of sight with the target throughout the entire pull animation. If the connection is broken by an obstacle or the Toon moves behind cover before the grab completes, the ability fails entirely without dealing any damage. After a successful or failed grab attempt, the ability enters a 10-second cooldown period before it can be used again. Importantly, Twisted Goob can still land standard melee attacks during this cooldown if any Toon wanders too close to him, so the cooldown does not make him harmless. On the first encounter with Twisted Goob on any Floor, he will always open with his grab ability rather than a standard chase, a trait he shares with Twisted Gigi and Twisted Scraps. A critical distinction of his grab mechanic is that the grab itself does not deal damage — it is the melee attack that follows which actually costs the Toon a Heart. Twisted Goob must retain focus on the pulled Toon to deliver the follow-up melee strike, meaning that distractions such as a Smoke Bomb, Connie's Haunting Escape ability, or a lower-Stealth Toon entering his line of sight after the pull will prevent the melee hit while the pull still goes through. This makes his grab mechanically unique: you will still be relocated, but survival is possible if his attention is diverted before the melee connects.
Target: twisted goob dandy's world
Twisted Gourdy
Twisted Gourdy announces his presence with a single spoken line when Toons enter a Floor at level 5 or higher, and he is guaranteed to spawn on Floor 20. Like Twisted Glisten, he displays a rage meter above his head, but his meter functions in reverse — it fills over time and must be drained by gifting him Items. The bar provides visual warnings as it fills, turning red at 75% capacity and flickering ominously at 90%. Once the meter reaches full capacity, Twisted Gourdy enrages permanently, gaining a massive speed boost and becoming hostile for the remainder of the Floor while dealing 1 Heart of damage per hit.
Target: twisted gourdy dandy's world
Twisted Looey
Twisted Looey is a Common Twisted variant of the playable Toon Looey, introduced on December 6, 2024 alongside Twisted Connie. As a standard Common Twisted, he possesses no unique mechanics or special abilities despite his in-game description implying enhanced Detection Range and Attention Span. His actual stats follow the default Common Twisted template, making him one of the more straightforward threats on any Floor.
Target: twisted looey dandy's world
Twisted Pebble
Twisted Pebble is a hulking, dog-like predator that stomps through the hallways without following any set patrol route, wandering aimlessly until something catches his attention. What makes him particularly dangerous is his extraordinary ability to detect Toons from extreme distances once line of sight is established. His direct vision range of 125 units is among the highest of any Twisted, meaning he can lock onto targets across long corridors and open areas that most players would consider safe distance. Once he spots you, breaking his line of sight immediately is critical, because his chase speed of 24 means he will close the gap with terrifying efficiency, even from far away. For Toons with average or below-average mobility, being caught in open terrain or tight corridors with no nearby cover is often a death sentence.
Target: twisted pebble dandy's world
Twisted Poppy
Twisted Poppy is a Common-tier roaming Twisted that serves as the corrupted version of the cheerful Toon Poppy. Released on June 14, 2024, she was among the earliest Twisteds introduced to Dandy's World. She patrols Floor areas at a walk speed of 10, accelerating to a chase speed of 18 when she locks onto a player. Her associated trinket is the Pink Bow, a nod to her Toon counterpart's signature accessory.
Target: twisted poppy dandy's world
Twisted Razzle & Dazzle
Twisted Razzle & Dazzle are a stationary Uncommon Twisted that spawns at a random location on the map surrounded by a circle of dark red, vine-like ribbons. Unlike most Twisteds, they are completely harmless while idle and will not react to Toons who walk through their territory or even stand directly in their line of sight. Their hostile state only activates when a Toon sprints inside the ribbon circle, at which point they launch Ichor-stained ribbons upward from the ground beneath the offending Toon, dealing one Heart of damage per strike. Importantly, they cannot be provoked by Air Horn usage, Pebble's Active Ability, or any other sound-based alert, making them unique among Twisteds in that only physical sprinting within their designated zone triggers aggression.
Target: twisted razzle & dazzle dandy's world
Twisted Ribecca
Twisted Ribecca is a Common-type Twisted introduced during the Halloween Event on October 10, 2025, alongside Twisted Eclipse, Twisted Gourdy, and Twisted Soulvester. She is classified as Limited Content tied exclusively to the Halloween Event, meaning she only appears during that seasonal period and is completely unavailable outside of it. This limited availability makes her a notable but time-restricted encounter that many players may only face during specific windows of the game calendar.
Target: twisted ribecca dandy's world
Twisted Rodger
Twisted Rodger is a stationary Uncommon Twisted who specializes in deception. Drawing on the investigative nature of his Toon counterpart, he disguises himself as a Research Capsule and waits patiently for an unsuspecting Toon to attempt to collect him. His fake Capsule is placed on the Floor alongside genuine ones, making visual identification the primary defense against his trap.
Target: twisted rodger dandy's world
Twisted Rudie
Twisted Rudie is a Common Twisted released during the Christmas Event alongside Twisted Bobette, Twisted Coal, and Twisted Ginger on January 10, 2025. He is categorized as a Holiday Twisted and drops the Festive Lights trinket upon defeat. As a Common-type Twisted, he follows the same baseline behavioral pattern shared by all other Commons in the game.
Target: twisted rudie dandy's world
Twisted Scraps
Twisted Scraps is a roaming Twisted who behaves similarly to her brother, Twisted Goob. She possesses a unique ranged attack in which she stretches her tail toward a distant player to strike them, inflicting one Heart of damage on contact. After each tail strike the ability enters a 15-second cooldown before it can be used again. Outside of this signature move she can also land a standard melee hit at close range, just like every other Twisted.
Target: twisted scraps dandy's world
Twisted Shelly
Twisted Shelly is a Main Twisted released on July 12, 2024, alongside Twisted Flutter, Twisted Teagan, and Twisted Tisha. As the corrupted form of the dinosaur-loving Toon Shelly, she brings a uniquely punishing Floor-wide mechanic that affects every player simultaneously, making her one of the most strategically impactful Twisteds in Dandy's World.
Target: twisted shelly dandy's world
Twisted Shrimpo
Twisted Shrimpo is a Common Twisted encountered on various Floors in Dandy's World. Released on June 14, 2024, he is the Twisted counterpart of Shrimpo and carries the Brick Trinket. Despite being classified as Common, he stands out among his rarity tier for a specific reason: his combination of very low speed and unusually high persistence creates a deceptively dangerous threat that many players underestimate.
Target: twisted shrimpo dandy's world
Twisted Soulvester
Twisted Soulvester functions as a Machine-guarding Twisted with a uniquely disruptive patrol pattern. Similar to Twisted Tisha, he has an extended idle duration of 10 seconds, but instead of pausing at random locations throughout the Floor, he specifically routes toward and lingers at Machines, whether they are complete or still in progress. This makes him one of the most strategically impactful Twisteds when it comes to disrupting Machine work, as his presence can force players to abandon a Machine mid-progress or wait out his entire idle timer before resuming.
Target: twisted soulvester dandy's world
Twisted Sprout
When Twisted Sprout detects a Toon, he halts his movement and spawns a pool of Ichor at that Toon's current position. The pool contains a tendril that, after a brief delay, lashes out at anyone who lingers too close. This ability operates on a 10-second cooldown, and each tendril persists for 15 seconds before disappearing. Because of this timing, a maximum of two tendrils can exist on the Floor at any given moment. However, there is no upper limit on how many tendrils he can summon over the course of a sustained chase, meaning prolonged encounters will litter the area with successive hazard zones.
Target: twisted sprout dandy's world
Twisted Squirm
Unlike every other Twisted in the game, Twisted Squirm positions himself on the ceiling rather than roaming the ground. Players who wander too close will trigger him, causing him to reach down and seize them. To break free, the player must rapidly alternate between left and right inputs (A and D keys or arrow keys on PC). Failing the quick-time event results in losing 1 Heart, after which Twisted Squirm relocates to a new position elsewhere on the map. His new location can be tracked by following a trail of dust puffs drifting along the ceiling in the direction he traveled.
Target: twisted squirm dandy's world
Twisted Teagan
Twisted Teagan is the corrupted incarnation of Teagan, the refined teacup Toon, and was introduced to Dandy's World on July 12, 2024, alongside Twisted Flutter, Twisted Shelly, and Twisted Tisha. Classified as an Uncommon Twisted, she roams the hallways without following a predetermined patrol route, making her movements unpredictable for players who are trying to map safe paths through each floor.
Target: twisted teagan dandy's world
Twisted Tisha
Twisted Tisha is a roaming Common Twisted who patrols floors without any unique offensive ability. Unlike most Common Twisteds that rely purely on stat differences, she possesses a distinctive idle behavior: she periodically stops to sweep the floor with her feather duster, locking her in place for a full 10 seconds before resuming her patrol route. This sweeping phase makes her movement patterns less predictable than a standard roaming Twisted, as she can halt at any point along her path.
Target: twisted tisha dandy's world
Twisted Toodles
Twisted Toodles is an Uncommon roaming Twisted in Dandy's World, released on June 14, 2024. She is the corrupted counterpart of Toodles and possesses no special mechanics beyond standard roaming and chasing behavior. Despite her Uncommon classification, she is one of the most threatening enemies players will encounter on most Floors due to her exceptionally high chase speed of 20, which ties her with Twisted Shelly for the seventh fastest Twisted in the game and makes her the fastest Uncommon Twisted overall.
Target: twisted toodles dandy's world
Twisted Vee
Twisted Vee is a large, roaming Twisted shaped like a TV screen that patrols the halls without a set path. True to her media personality origins, her signature ability lets her flood players' screens with pop-up advertisements. These ads must be dismissed by clicking the red "X" in the top-right corner of the pop-up, pressing "X" (or "B") on an Xbox controller, or "O" on a PlayStation controller. Unclosed ads obstruct the player's view. She sends a batch of three pop-ups to all players upon entering the Floor and every 45 seconds thereafter. On their own, these ads pose no direct danger and will auto-dismiss after 30 seconds, though they can obscure Skill Checks and general visibility.
Target: twisted vee dandy's world
Twisted Yatta
Twisted Yatta is a Common-type Twisted enemy in Dandy's World, released on March 14, 2025. She is the corrupted counterpart of the Toon Yatta, transformed by Ichor into a predatory pursuer. Classified as Common rarity, she drops the Party Popper trinket upon defeat. Despite lacking any special mechanic, Twisted Yatta stands out among Common Twisteds due to her unusually high chase speed and distinctive movement style.
