Twisted Eggson retains much of the silhouette and proportions of his original Toon counterpart, but every detail has been warped by corruption. His rounded head is drenched in dark Ichor that cascades down the left side of his face, completely obscuring his left eye beneath a thick, dripping layer. The remaining visible right eye has turned entirely red, with both the sclera and pupil sharing the same unsettling crimson hue, giving him a perpetually agitated stare. His once-cheerful smile has been replaced by a deep, disgruntled frown, and a brownish-red shadow stretches across the lower portion of his face, adding to his menacing expression. When Twisted Eggson detects a nearby Toon or senses a failed Skill Check, his face contorts rapidly into an expression of pure fury, his mouth splitting open to expose rows of razor-sharp teeth that were completely absent from his original design. Both his left arm and left leg are heavily stained with Ichor, and his posture has deteriorated noticeably, leaning to the left with a pronounced slouch that suggests physical strain or damage. His signature cane has also been corrupted, shifting from its original color to a darker brown adorned with an orange stripe. The tip of the cane handle is now coated in Ichor and has taken on a more jagged, irregular shape. His overall demeanor radiates heightened aggravation and barely contained hostility, hinting that some degree of his original consciousness may still persist beneath the corruption.

Description

Twisted Eggson is a Common roaming Twisted introduced during the Easter Event on April 18, 2025, alongside Twisted Bassie, Twisted Cocoa, and Twisted Flyte. As a limited Holiday Twisted, he is only available during the Easter Event period. He is the corrupted form of Eggson and drops the Egg Radar trinket upon defeat.

Gameplay-wise, Twisted Eggson is one of the simplest Twisteds in Dandy's World, possessing no special abilities or unique mechanics whatsoever. His behavior consists entirely of standard roaming patrol patterns, transitioning into a direct chase when he detects a player through his circular vision of 26 units, direct vision of 60 units, or hearing radius of 125 units. With a walk speed of 10 and chase speed of 18, combined with an attention span of only 1.5 seconds, his stats are entirely average and place him squarely in the baseline tier of Twisted difficulty.

Because he lacks any distinguishing mechanic, Twisted Eggson is functionally identical to several other Common Twisteds including Twisted Boxten, Twisted Cosmo, Twisted Looey, and Twisted Poppy. This makes him one of the most frequently encountered Twisteds in the game, and players will quickly become familiar with how to evade him. How to Deal With Twisted Eggson

Twisted Eggson is a standard roaming Twisted with no special abilities, which means dealing with him comes down to mastering the fundamentals of evasion that apply to all basic Twisteds. His walk speed of 10 and chase speed of 18 are entirely average for a Common Twisted, placing him at the same baseline as Twisted Boxten, Twisted Cosmo, Twisted Looey, and Twisted Poppy. None of these Twisteds possess any unique mechanic, so every strategy you develop against Twisted Eggson transfers directly to all of them. His stats make him predictable but still dangerous if you are caught off-guard or low on resources.

When Twisted Eggson spots you, your immediate priority should be breaking his line of sight as quickly as possible. His attention span of only 1.5 seconds means he will abandon the chase very shortly after losing visual contact, so ducking around corners, weaving between obstacles, or entering rooms with multiple exits can shake him off almost instantly. Use the environment to your advantage rather than trying to outrun him in a straight line. His circular vision range of 26 units is relatively modest, so you can often avoid detection entirely by giving him a wide berth when you see him patrolling. His direct vision of 60 units extends further in his facing direction, so approaching from behind or from the side is significantly safer than walking toward his front. His hearing radius of 125 units is the stat to watch most carefully, as sprinting anywhere near him will draw his attention even through walls.

Stamina management is the single most important factor in surviving encounters with Twisted Eggson and all similar roaming Twisteds. Try to maintain between 40 and 70 Stamina at all times so you always have enough energy to sprint away when he initiates a chase. Because his chase speed of 18 outpaces normal walking speed, you must sprint to create distance before breaking line of sight. This becomes especially critical on later Floors where chase encounters grow more frequent and multiple Twisteds may be active simultaneously. Running out of Stamina while being pursued is one of the most common causes of death against otherwise easy Twisteds. Walking instead of sprinting when no Twisted is nearby, and using short controlled bursts of speed rather than holding sprint for long stretches, will keep your Stamina reserves healthy throughout the Floor.

In team settings, Twisted Eggson is a low-priority threat that rarely requires coordinated counterplay. However, be mindful that his presence can still complicate situations when paired with more dangerous Twisteds. If a teammate is being chased by a higher-threat Twisted, make sure Twisted Eggson is not blocking potential escape routes. Communication about his patrol path can help the team avoid unnecessary Stamina expenditure. One teammate can intentionally draw his attention and break line of sight to clear a path for others completing objectives, since his 1.5-second attention span means the bait player will be free again almost immediately.

During Panic Mode and Blackout phases, Twisted Eggson becomes more threatening not because of his own abilities but because of the compounding pressure from reduced visibility and increased Twisted activity. In Blackouts, his hearing radius of 125 units is particularly punishing since you cannot see him approaching and may accidentally sprint within earshot. Move slowly and deliberately during these phases, reserving your sprint exclusively for active chases. On Floors where multiple Twisteds roam simultaneously, keep mental track of Twisted Eggson's last known position so you do not accidentally run from one threat directly into him.

Because Twisted Eggson drops the Egg Radar trinket and is only available during the Easter Event, players seeking this trinket should prioritize defeating him when he appears. No special trinket or item loadout is needed to handle Twisted Eggson specifically, but general defensive trinkets that boost Stamina recovery or reduce detection range remain useful for any encounter with roaming Twisteds. Treat every meeting with Twisted Eggson as practice for refining your evasion timing and Stamina conservation habits, as the skills you build handling Common Twisteds form the foundation for surviving encounters with far more dangerous enemies on higher Floors.
