Twisted Teagan

Twisted Teagan maintains much of the structure of her Toon counterpart but shows clear signs of corruption. Her mouth, base, and arms are coated in Ichor, and her signature boa is completely absent. Unlike her Toon form's relaxed gaze, her eyes convey open hostility, accented by a dark brown shadow between them. Her arms appear visibly tense and rigid. The lower portion of her handle has a thin layer of Ichor. Her once-elegant long dress is now torn and ragged, and her teacup is filled with Ichor rather than sweet tea. When pursuing a Toon, one of her eyes develops a raised eyebrow while her pupils contract noticeably.

Twisted Teagan is a roaming-type Twisted that patrols hallways without a fixed path. In keeping with her Toon counterpart's Active Ability, she steals one-fifth (20%) of your collected Tapes upon landing a hit. She always takes a minimum of 20 Tapes regardless of your current count, which means having fewer than 100 Tapes makes the percentage loss proportionally steeper. This makes her increasingly threatening as runs progress, particularly for Toons whose Active Abilities consume Tapes. Her own Trinket, Fancy Purse, negates this tape theft, though equipping it is generally not recommended since the problem is relatively minor and 100 Tapes are easy to reaccumulate.

If your team intends to summon Twisted Dandy, Twisted Teagan becomes less of a concern since Tapes lose most of their value in that scenario, unless you are playing as Teagan herself, Sprout, Ginger (v0.14.1 onward), or Blot. When assigned to distract her, keep a careful watch on her positioning due to her elevated chase speed (matching Twisted Flutter), which becomes especially punishing during Panic Mode.

Completing 100% Research on Twisted Teagan unlocks:

• In Teagan's dialogue with Rodger, she boasts about keeping her fur boa clean. True to her word, her Twisted form shows Ichor covering her arms and shoulders but no boa remains.
• Twisted Teagan and Twisted Shrimpo share similar Ichor distribution patterns. Both have Ichor concentrated on their mouths and arms while the rest of their bodies remain relatively clean. The back of Twisted Shrimpo's head and the bottom of Twisted Teagan's teacup handle also bear Ichor stains. This visual similarity is likely coincidental, though it could suggest they underwent a similar corruption process.
• Twisted Teagan matches Twisted Flutter's chase speed when pursuing a Toon.
• She is among the Twisteds that display an angry expression in their attack face, alongside others such as Twisted Connie, Twisted Looey, Twisted Eggson, Twisted Flyte, Twisted Vee, Twisted Dyle, Twisted Shrimpo, Twisted Eclipse, Twisted Ribecca, and Twisted Soulvester. Twisted Coal and Twisted Pebble are excluded from this list as they lack distinct attack faces despite being optimized.
• Following her optimization in v0.13.14, Twisted Teagan's attack animation now visibly shows her snatching a Tape from the targeted Toon.
• She steals a flat 20 Tapes when the player holds fewer than 100. Above that threshold, she takes exactly one-fifth of the total instead.
• Twisted Teagan is among the Twisteds with visible Ichor inside their head, sharing this trait with Twisted Shelly, Twisted Boxten, Twisted Razzle and Dazzle, Twisted Toodles, Twisted Finn, Twisted Glisten, Twisted Gigi, Twisted Bobette, Twisted Bassie, and Twisted Ribecca. Of these, Twisted Teagan, Twisted Shelly, Twisted Finn, and Twisted Bassie are notable for having intact, undamaged heads.
