Twisted Gigi takes the form of a red gachapon machine wearing a baby blue turtleneck sweater with an oversized jumper featuring a yellow star icon in the center, similar to her Toon counterpart. However, the plastic dome atop her head has shattered and filled with Ichor, from which a large Ichor claw protrudes. Her sclera is red with black irises, and instead of the typical red ring or dot seen on other Twisteds, she has distinctive star-shaped pupils. She drags herself along the floor using her oversized sweater sleeves, which are stained with Ichor at the ends. Apart from her head and sleeves, the rest of her body appears untouched. She normally displays a vacant grin and raises an eyebrow above one eye when pursuing a Toon.
Twisted Gigi is a ranged Twisted similar to Twisted Goob and Twisted Scraps. She can launch a long-range attack with her Ichor claw when she spots a Toon. Unlike those two, however, she only uses this ability when the targeted Toon has Items in their inventory, stealing them in order from the first slot to the last.
She is also slightly faster than the average Twisted, matching Twisted Yatta's speed, and maintains a relatively long tracking time on the Toon she is chasing.
Twisted Gigi requires careful management due to her speed and ability cooldown during distraction attempts. Repeated grabs will steadily deplete your inventory, significantly reducing your survival options. If you have no Items remaining, she reverts to standard Twisted behavior and poses minimal threat. Be aware that other Twisteds present during distraction — such as Twisted Pebble, Twisted Vee, Twisted Scraps, and Twisted Goob — can compound the danger. If only distracting Twisted Gigi, try looping around cover so her grabbing arm loses line of sight, preserving your Items. When managing multiple Twisteds alongside her, it can sometimes be simpler to sacrifice your Items entirely, since her movement pause during grabs is unreliable and can disrupt your looping pattern.
Alternatively, if you are holding critical Items like a Health Kit, continuously fill your first Item slot with disposable Common Items such as Gumballs. Since Twisted Gigi always steals starting from the first slot, this protects your second and third slots from being reached.
Stamina management is also important when trying to lose her, as she moves faster than standard Twisteds. Make multiple sharp turns around corners until she gives up. Due to her above-average attention span, break line of sight as quickly as possible by circling around islands.
Notably, Twisted Gigi always attempts to grab immediately if her ability is available and the player has at least one Item. This makes her one of the easiest Twisteds to escape from in a dead end, since the grab animation stalls her movement. Keep at least one Item on hand when extracting near her.
Playing as Bassie is particularly effective, as her Springful Sharing Ability lets her drop and rearrange Items. Place expendable Items in the first slot and valuable ones (like Bandages, Health Kits, or Valves) in later slots. You can also leave Items on the ground near the Elevator for retrieval during Panic Mode, or deliver less valuable Items to your distractor as grab fodder to protect their more useful gear.
Although part of her Ichor hand does not count as her hitbox, her overall hitbox is still quite large due to her crawling posture, so exercise caution when looping.

View all Trinkets →- Twisted Gigi, Twisted Goob, and Twisted Scraps share several traits — all are Rare Twisteds with ranged attacks that activate upon first encounter on any Floor.
- Smoke Bomb, Connie's Haunting Escape, and Blot's Blot Jr. cannot block any of their abilities, but Bobette's Active Ability and Cardboard 'Armor' can.
- If any of them spot Blot Jr. first and attack it, their abilities go on cooldown.
- Twisted Gigi is the second Twisted to move exclusively on all fours, following Twisted Dandy and Twisted Toodles.
- She is the second non-Main Twisted to leave Ichor trails, after Twisted Finn.
- Her Ichor claw attack is reminiscent of Twisted Boxten's extra Ichor arms.
- She is one of only four crawling Twisteds, alongside Twisted Dandy, Twisted Dyle, Twisted Finn, and Twisted Toodles.
- Twisted Gigi's eyes contain the most rings of any Twisted at 6, with the second highest being Twisted Cosmo at 5.
- Neither Smoke Bombs, Connie's Haunting Escape, nor Blot Jr. can prevent her Item theft. However, if Blot activates Blot Jr. and Gigi spots the decoy first, she attacks it with a melee strike, which oddly puts her grab on cooldown. If she spots Blot before the decoy is deployed, the steal still occurs. This interaction also applies to Twisted Goob's pull and Twisted Scraps' tail attack. Bobette's Active Ability bypasses all of these limitations.
- She shares the exact chase speed of 19 with Twisted Astro, Twisted Bassie, Twisted Eclipse, and Twisted Yatta.
- Twisted Gigi is the first Twisted with unique pupils (star-shaped), followed by Twisted Blot and Twisted Soulvester. The stars may reference the star on her hoodie or her desire for Items.
- Part of her Ichor hand is excluded from her hitbox and cannot damage you.
- If an Item she intends to steal vanishes at the precise moment before the grab, her ability is placed on cooldown. This requires extremely precise timing to exploit.
- Twisted Gigi is the second Twisted without a shadow between her eyes, after Twisted Pebble and before Twisted Coal.
- She is the third Twisted with a visibly broken head section, following Twisted Razzle & Dazzle and Twisted Toodles, then Twisted Glisten.
- This also makes her the fourth Twisted with Ichor visible inside her head.
- She is the third Twisted with a ranged attack and the shortest Rare Twisted in the game due to her crawling posture. In T-Pose, she is actually one of the tallest.
