Twisted Tisha

Twisted Tisha closely resembles her Toon counterpart, consistent with other Common Twisteds. Her sclerae have shifted to an orangish-red hue, framing black irises with small red pupils at their center. A blue shadow sits between her eyes, complemented by dark bags underneath them, while Ichor seeps from her downturned, closed mouth. The tissue protruding from the top of her head has become sharpened to points, with Ichor staining their tips. The bottoms of her legs are also marked with Ichor. Upon detecting a Toon, her mouth shifts into a slight, open-mouthed scowl. She carries a feather duster featuring a black handle and dark gray feathers with ends blackened by Ichor.

Twisted Tisha is a patrol-style Twisted with no special abilities beyond a notable 10-second idle phase during which she stops to sweep the floor with her feather duster. This pausing behavior means she can inadvertently block Machines or key passageways, potentially stalling Floor progression in solo runs or games without dedicated Distractors. As with all roaming Twisteds, players should keep some Stamina in reserve to sprint away if spotted. When she idles near a Machine, players can either lure her to a different area or simply wait for her to resume patrolling.

Completing 100% Research on Twisted Tisha unlocks:

• Twisted Tisha was the first Twisted to carry an object in-game, followed by Twisted Eggson, Twisted Brusha, and Twisted Soulvester. Twisted Rodger has also been depicted holding a fake Research Capsule in his official render.
• She is tied with Twisted Soulvester (when idling near Machines) for the longest idle state in the game at 10 seconds.
• Twisted Tisha is the only Common Twisted that possesses any kind of mechanic or ability beyond simple stat adjustments.
• Her 10-second sweeping idle reflects her Toon counterpart's dedication to cleaning.
• She was the last Common Twisted to receive her optimization update.
• If she responds to a failed Skill Check and the player successfully hides, she will idle at the Machine for roughly 2 seconds before resuming her patrol.
• Twisted Tisha's current attack face was originally her default expression before her optimization. The update gave her a new default face while repurposing the old one as her attack expression, making her the first and currently only Twisted with this kind of facial swap.
• Her official render still displays the attack face (formerly her default). Whether this will be updated remains unknown. This makes her eligible for a full render change, alongside several other Twisteds including Twisted Finn, Twisted Dandy, Twisted Astro, Twisted Glisten, Twisted Toodles, Twisted Bobette, and Twisted Coal.
