Tisha functions as a strong All-Rounder thanks to her well-balanced stat distribution. With 4-star Movement Speed and an impressive 4-star Skill Check, she can flexibly fill multiple roles — supporting teammates, contributing to Extraction, or stepping in as the primary Distractor when needed. Her 4-star Skill Check allows her to complete Machines at a solid rate despite her 2-star Extraction Speed, because successful checks award bonus extraction progress. Meanwhile, her 4-star Movement Speed can nearly negate the drawback of her 2-star Stamina when used strategically, allowing her to walk briskly instead of sprinting to conserve energy. On the whole, Tisha's versatile stat profile makes her a welcome addition to any team composition, though she can sometimes be outclassed by Toons that specialize more heavily in a single role.

Tisha's active ability, Tidy Up!, creates a pulse that increases the Movement Speed of all nearby Toons by 25 percent for 5 seconds on a 50-second cooldown. The pulse radius is roughly as large as the Elevator, so she needs to position herself near teammates to land the boost. Practical applications include: boosting a Toon that is close to being hit by a Twisted; boosting a teammate who has run out of Stamina (though this requires communication, since Tisha cannot see Stamina levels the way Astro can); activating early at the start of a floor to help the team fan out and locate Machines and Twisteds more efficiently; supporting a Toon who needs to reach the Elevator during Panic Mode; boosting a Distractor to help them maintain distance from a pursuing Twisted, especially if they are suffering from the Slow debuff; and boosting a Toon who is extracting on the Treadmill Machine, where the speed increase provides a direct mechanical benefit.

Players should be mindful of Tidy Up!'s pulse radius when positioning. If Tisha is too far from her target, the boost will not connect — but depending on the teammate's Stealth level, she should not get too close either, or she risks drawing Twisted aggro onto herself. If multiple Toons could use a boost but are spread too far apart to fit within a single pulse, prioritize lower-mobility Toons over ones with higher Movement Speed and Stamina, as they will benefit the most. To boost a Distractor safely, land the pulse and then immediately retreat. She should be able to boost distractors with 1-2 Star Stealth with little risk, but for distractors with 3 or more Star Stealth, Tisha should keep extra distance. A useful tactic is to hide behind an obstruction while a Distractor loops around it, then activate the pulse as they pass — Tidy Up! works through barriers, making this a safe and effective approach.

For Trinket combinations focused on Distraction, Dog Plush is the core Trinket, raising Tisha's walk speed to 19.3. Pairing it with Speedy Shoes pushes her walk speed to 20.2, enough to outwalk most Twisteds slower than Twisted Toodles and Twisted Shelly. Clown Horn or Ribbon Spool provides a conditional boost to 21 walk speed, best used when duo-distracting. Vanity Mirror paired with Dog Plush allows Tisha to out-run nearly all Twisteds during Panic Mode at 35.75 run speed. Train Whistle completely nullifies the Slow debuff, making Twisted Vee and Ichor Leak floors significantly easier to handle. Diary can support 3-star Stealth distractors without stealing aggro, and Scrapbook prevents other 3-star Stealth teammates from pulling aggro away from Tisha when she is the designated distractor.

For Extraction-oriented builds, Magnifying Glass is the cornerstone Trinket, letting Tisha capitalize on her 4-star Skill Check with a reduced skill check size of 134. Pairing it with Participation Award maximizes Skill Check extraction for an average extraction value of roughly 26.32, making her an overall decent extractor. Vee's Remote is another strong pairing for faster floor progression, especially if teammates are also carrying copies. Train Whistle provides protection from Twisted Finn's Slow debuff while extracting. For pure Ability Support, Ghost Snakes In A Can reduces Tidy Up!'s cooldown to 45 seconds, and stacking it with Sweet Charm brings the cooldown further down to approximately 41 seconds, allowing more frequent boosts throughout a floor.

When building a team around Tisha, she pairs well with dedicated Distractors who have lower mobility and appreciate her speed boosts, and with high-Extraction teammates who can compensate for her slower extraction rate on Machines. Because she cannot see teammate Stamina levels directly, pairing her with Astro creates a powerful support duo — Astro can call out which Toons need a boost while Tisha delivers it. Her requirement strategy is straightforward: focus on picking up Research Capsules and extracting Machines, as both the Machine count and Capsule count increase on deeper floors, allowing players to earn Ichor more efficiently the further they descend.
