Machine Manual is the simplest option with a clean 5% boost and no downside, but its real-time savings are modest at roughly 1 to 3 seconds per Machine.

Wrench always saves the same amount of time because it adds a fixed 15 units of completion regardless of stats, which translates to roughly 15 to 20 seconds of extraction work depending on base speed and Skill Check success.
