Feather Duster Trinket Guide

Description

Feather Duster is one of the usable Trinkets found in Dandy's World and is a Twisted Trinket. It was added on July 12, 2024, alongside Diary, Fancy Purse, Participation Award, Pop Pack, and Pull Toy. It is obtained by achieving 100% Research on Twisted Tisha.

It appears as a feather duster with cream-tipped brown feathers and a dark-gray handle. There are four distinct feathers, each with a rounded edge.

Strategies

Feather Duster is best used on Toons like Yatta, Bassie, and Cocoa, who can drop Items and benefit from the Stamina restoration with more control than the average Toon. It is also somewhat useful for Toons with low stamina like Shelly, Finn, Gourdy, and Gigi.

For the purposes of Feather Duster, an item entering the inventory through any means counts as picking up an item. This includes purchasing from Dandy's Shop, as well as Gigi's active ability.

Bassie has the greatest synergy with this Trinket despite already having high stamina, as she can drop and pick up any item from her inventory at any time without cooldown. Combined with the Bone Trinket, Bassie gains an easy method of escaping most situations that would usually be considered hard to get out of. She can also use this Trinket to quickly regenerate her Stamina after completing a Treadmill Machine.

Pairing it with Gigi is also a good idea since using her Surprise! Active Ability lets her regenerate stamina. You can pair it with Peppermint Icing to increase the stamina restored or Ghost Snakes In A Can to reduce the waiting time. However, it is not worth using it on Gigi alone compared to Peppermint Icing, which grants +10 extra stamina.

This Trinket is not a good choice if playing in a team with Sprout, Ginger, or Teagan if they are item grinding, unless the user plays as Gigi or Bassie.

Trivia

• Feather Duster is the first Trinket able to instantly regenerate stamina, the second one being Peppermint Icing.
• Feather Duster is the first Trinket seen in an animation and to have a 3D model, appearing in Tisha's Active Ability animation. Its 3D model has the biggest difference from its artwork: the artwork has 4 feathers, but the 3D model has 9 feathers.
• You could count Boxten and Poppy's Blue Bandana and Pink Bow as the first Trinkets with 3D models.
