Dandy's Store Guide

Description

Dandy's Store is a currently inaccessible room where Dandy resides in the lobby. There are paint cans and plants in the back hanging from a shelf and posters for Pebble's Day Out and Rules on the sides. Green, purple, and blue carpets cover the shop floor. Dandy sits on a box with a pillow above it, partially because he is too short to stand normally.

The store offers Toon Licenses (allowing players to play as specific Toons), Trinkets (permanent stat buffs or item-granting equipment), and Gamepasses (cosmetic packs purchasable with Robux). The Gossip option lets players hear randomized dialogue from Dandy. As of v0.15.1, clicking the Gossip button immediately starts one of Dandy's randomized dialogues rather than presenting topic options.

Toon Licenses

Toons are purchased using Ichor, with some requiring additional prerequisites such as Mastery completions or Research progress on specific Twisteds. Starter Toons Poppy and Boxten can be obtained for free when chosen at the start, or for 250 Ichor otherwise. Shrimpo is the cheapest purchasable Toon at 100 Ichor, while Astro is the most expensive at 5,000 Ichor and requires 100% Research on Twisted Astro plus having encountered Twisted Dandy. Holiday Toons are not sold here — they are available only in their respective Event stores.

When purchasing Vee, Dandy makes a disappointed remark, reflecting their rivalry. When purchasing Astro, Dandy says "..." — possibly because encountering Twisted Dandy to meet the requirement means Dandy knows the player has seen him.

Trinkets

Trinkets are purchased using Ichor and provide passive stat boosts or item grants during runs. Some have prerequisite conditions before they can be purchased. The cheapest available Trinkets — Coin Purse and Research Map — cost 200 Ichor each, while the most expensive, Cardboard 'Armor', costs 2,750 Ichor and requires 100% Research on both Twisted Goob and Twisted Scraps.

Gamepasses

There are currently five Gamepasses available in Dandy's Store, all purchased with Robux. The Star-Time Cosmetic Pack grants 5 exclusive skins for the Main Character Toons (Astro, Pebble, Sprout, Shelly, and Vee), featuring unique particles, trails, and ability effects. The Show-Time Cosmetic Pack grants 5 skins for the Circus Troupe Toons, Razzle & Dazzle, and Vee. The +2 Sticker Wheels Gamepass expands Sticker wheel slots from 1 to 3, increasing usable stickers from 6 to 18. The Snow-Time Cosmetic Pack (currently unavailable) grants 5 skins for Christmas Toons and Cosmo. The Spring-Time Cosmetic Pack grants 5 skins for Easter Toons and Flutter. All cosmetic skins do not affect gameplay.

Shop Music

Four classical pieces play randomly near Dandy's Store: Clair de Lune, Ode to Joy, The Four Seasons (Spring), and Mini Moonlight Sonata. A distorted lullaby version of Clair de Lune plays when Twisted Dandy appears on a floor. One of the songs that plays in Dandy's Store is the same music that plays on the Glucose Gallery map in Flavor Frenzy, another game by BlushCrunch Studio.

Trivia

To buy everything from Dandy's Store, 63,525 Ichor is required — 48,500 Ichor for every Toon and 14,525 Ichor for every Trinket, assuming all Mastery and Research prerequisites are already completed. In the back of the store, four letter blocks are lined up spelling the word "HELP" with two blocks below them bearing the initials "BC", most likely referencing BlushCrunch Studio. Skins used to be purchasable in Dandy's Store until v0.11.1, when they were moved to Dyle's Store. Roleplay Mode is the only way to physically enter Dandy's Store, through a door connecting to the store.
