Appearance
The icon appears as a stereotypical mellow-yellow clown horn with a red rubber handle. The yellow section of the clown horn seems to be plastic or metal, as it is shiny.
Strategies
Pairing Clown Horn with Ribbon Spool grants the player a permanent 10% Walk and Run Speed, making this combination work best on Toons with 3-star Movement Speed who need to prioritize Run Speed. However, this combination is not always ideal as there are better options. If you plan on distracting, consider Dog Plush and Speedy Shoes instead — compared to Clown Horn and Ribbon Spool, you get 15.5% Walk Speed as opposed to just 10%.
Pairing up with Dog Plush grants the player 21% Walk Speed, which allows Pebble, Looey, and Eclipse (during Blackouts) to slightly outwalk Twisted Pebble. Having two Pebbles alternate distracting on odd versus even Floors with different Trinket combos is called duo distracting and is a strong strategy.
