In-Game Floor Easter Eggs
On the Warehouse Floor, all cars have a license plate reading "QW3L-V3R" in reference to Qwelver, the lead developer for BlushCrunch Studio. A previously present KinitoPET easter egg — featuring Kinito the Axolotl appearing to try to escape from a computer — was removed after the developer who modeled it was terminated.
In multiple Floors, players can find cardboard cutouts of Dandy hiding in dark corners or behind objects, seemingly stalking the player. There are 7 known locations: Variant 4 of the Rainbow Rooms, Variant 2 of the Warehouse, Variant 2 of the Greenhouse, the Gift Shop, the Easter Floor, Variant 2 of the Artist Floor, and the Seasonal Room. These cutouts are likely a reference to the Bendy Cutouts from Bendy and the Ink Machine, one of the games Dandy's World is inspired by.
In the Easter Floor and the Easter-themed Lobby in Dandy's Store, multiple Easter eggs are based on each Main Character including Dandy (excluding Holiday Mains). Vee's egg can be found in the trash can in the corner of Dandy's Store during the Easter event, referencing Dandy and Vee's rivalry.
Arcade Machines and Floor Details
Within Vee's Floor, there is an arcade machine titled "Dance Dance Toon" — a reference to the Dance Dance Revolution franchise, with identical gameplay and machine shape. Another arcade machine on Vee's Floor is titled "Swimmy Barnaby," referencing Flappy Bird's gameplay where Barnaby replaces the bird and seaweed replaces the green pipes.
Within the Art Floor, one painting is the "Dandy Lisa" — a reference to the Mona Lisa, with Dandy replacing Lisa del Giocondo. Within the Aquatic Floor, behind an unfinished wall out of bounds is Conch Street from SpongeBob SquarePants, featuring the houses of SpongeBob, Squidward, and Patrick. The Diner map contains a Dandy-themed popsicle icon referencing the classic SpongeBob popsicles, which were notorious for being low-quality and melted.
Skin and Dialogue References
In the 2025 Halloween Event, Cosmo, Sprout, and Vee received Skins referencing Frankenstein: Cosmo's Dessertful Scientist references Dr. Frankenstein, Sprout's Berry Beast references Frankenstein's Monster, and Vee's Zapped Creation references the Bride of Frankenstein's Monster. In the 2025 Christmas Event, Shrimpo received the Cranky Christmas Skin referencing the Grinch from Dr. Seuss.
In one of Tisha's Ability dialogues, she says "Gotta sweep!" — a direct reference to Gotta Sweep from Baldi's Basics in Education and Learning.
Easter Eggs in Other Media
Before Dandy's World released, an image of Dandy appeared on a broken arcade machine in Flavor Frenzy behind an "Out of Order" sign — a teaser for the scrapped 2022 version of the game. A silhouette of Dandy also appeared in Flavor Frenzy's Sinkhole Event; approaching Dandy caused him to run away while Vee's talking sound played.
A modified version of Vee's texture appeared on a computer monitor in the Decay chapter of Piggy on Roblox, marking the first time another studio referenced Dandy's World — though this was later replaced in a Piggy update. In BFDIA episode 19, Tisha appears running among recommended characters. In BFDIA episode 24, a character resembling Bobette and one resembling Dandy appear in the background. In YouTube's Roblox Museum, a Dandy's World exhibit features a Tape, Research Capsule, Stopwatch, and Gumballs.
