Dandy's World Holiday Twisteds Guide
Holiday Twisteds are Twisteds that only appear during active seasonal Events in Dandy's World. After the event ends, any Research collected from Holiday Twisteds remains available, and Holiday Trinkets obtained during the event can still be equipped. These Twisteds use special spawning mechanics: every Floor that is a multiple of 5 spawns at least one Holiday Twisted, and Floor 20 always spawns the event's Main Twisted.

Spawning Mechanics
Holiday Twisteds follow special rules during active Events. Every Floor that is a multiple of 5 will spawn at least one Holiday Twisted — this does not add an extra Twisted slot but fills one of the existing slots with a Holiday Twisted. Floor 20 always spawns the event's corresponding Main Twisted to make it easier for players to obtain Research on that Twisted. After the event ends, Research and Holiday Trinkets collected during the event remain available and usable permanently.

Several Holiday Twisteds have documented notable properties from the Fandom wiki.
- Twisted Coal is slow compared to other Twisteds, but in Blackouts she moves as fast as old Twisted Pebble speed (25).
- Twisted Ginger has the longest attention span in the game at 10 seconds. When first released it was 25 seconds, later shortened to 15, then to 10.
- Twisted Bobette's speed, eyesight, and attention span are very similar to Twisted Pebble's. She also notices when Items are picked up — including Tapes, consumables, and Ornaments, but not Research Capsules — and runs toward them similarly to a failed Skill Check. Shortly after the 2024 Christmas Event, a poll was held to nerf Twisted Bobette; the nerf won. On the release of the 2025 Christmas Event, she was buffed back to Twisted Pebble's speed.
- When the 2025 Easter Event first released, a bug caused Easter Holiday Twisteds to only spawn on the Easter Floor. This was patched shortly after.
- Upon release of the 2025 Halloween Event, a patch introduced a bug where the Halloween Floor did not appear every 5 floors, causing the guaranteed Holiday Twisted spawns to not function. This was also patched.
